8.Inserting a WordForce production into the presentation
You can incorporate thedocs created with the help of WordForceinto the presentation.
To insert a word doc:
1. Navigate to MS PowerPoint, then open the PowerPoint Force menu.
2. Click Insert and select WordForce Production.

3. A window displaying quiz’s options will appear where you will be able to change the default options:

If you want your word doc to be displayed with delay, check the corresponding box and set the delay time in seconds; otherwise leave the box blank (it will be displayed automatically). |

The default is the Full Slide (Full Screen) option. Later on you can change the word doc’s dimensions and its position the same way it can be done with the other slide’s objects. |

If you want to change the word doc’s dimensions using percents select the In percents radio button and set them with the help of the corresponding boxes. |

If you want to change the word doc’s dimensions using pixels select the In percents radio button and set them with the help of the corresponding boxes. |

You can insert only one Word doc from WordForce per slide. You can't insert a doc on the slide which contains a Quiz, Web or Flash objects. You will be able to view the doc when the presentation is published. |
