2. Installing andlaunching PowerPoint Force

Run the setup program to install PowerPoint Force on your computer.

To install PowerPoint Force:

1. Close all the programs.

2. Double click on the program setup.exe (exact name may vary)

3. Follow theinstructions in the windows (don’t forget to choose one of the available MS Power Point versions).

By default, PowerPoint Force is installed in C:\Program Files\PowerPointForce.

After the set up program was successfully completed you can launch PowerPoint Force within the MS Power Point.You can get an access to all PowerPoint Force functions through the PowerPoint Force menu. To do that:

1. Launch MS Power Point. We recommend to lunch setup.exe by choosing “Run as administrator” in context menu in Windows Vista

2. Click on the PowerPoint Force menu item (it is allocated just to the right of the Help menu item). You will see the PowerPoint Force menu displayed:

Note: You will find the PowerPoint Force menu in the Add-ins tab of the MS PowerPoint 2007.

When installing the Office it’s required that you choose the Common Office features notably Visual Basic for Applications among the installed components. If the VBA support is not installed, then PowerPoint Force will not be plugged in.

To install PowerPoint Force in Windows Vista UAC(User Account Control) must be enabled during the installation process.
