3.2 Presenters

Use the Presenters tab to work with presenters:

Use the buttons of the window to perform the following operations:

Button

Description

Add

To add a new presenter to the library, click the Add button. The information given below is available for publishing. Click Ok to save the presenter, click Cancel to discard changes.

Name

Type in the first and last names of the presenter.

Speciality

Enter the speciality the presenter occupies.

Photo

To add or edit a photo of the presenter click the button, browse your computer and select an image. Supported image formats include .JPG and .GIF. The optimal image size is 65x65 pixels.

E-mail

Type in the e-mail address of the presenter.

Bio

Type in short presenter’s bio.

Edit

To edit the presenter’s details highlight his/her name in the list and press the Edit icon.

Delete

To delete a presenter highlight his/her name in the list and click the Delete button. Be careful when deleting because the process doesn’t require confirmation.

Set Default

To make a presenter the default choice highlight his/her name and click the Set Default button.

Close

Click the Close button to close the Library window.

Tip:

Using the Slide Manager you can always assign each specific presenter to every slide of your presentation.
