5. Inserting a Flash Video into the presentation
PowerPoint Forceallows you to insert video files into the presentation.
To add a Flash Video:
1. Navigate to MS PowerPoint, then open the PowerPoint Force menu.
2. Click Insert and select Flash Video.

A window displaying flash video options will appear where you will be able to change the default options:

The default is the Full Slide (Full Screen) option. Later on you can change the flash video’s dimensions and its position the same way it can be done with the other slide’s objects. |

If you want to change the flash video’s dimensions using percents select the In percents radio button and set them with the help of the corresponding boxes. |

If you want to change the flash video’s dimensions using pixels select the In percents radio button and set them with the help of the corresponding boxes. |

Show with delay from the beginning |
If you want your flash video file to be played with delay, check the corresponding box and set the delay time in seconds; otherwise leave the box blank (your video will be played automatically). |
Press Ok to save the created Flash Video into your presentation; press Cancel to discard changes.

You will see the Flash Video only after publishing it at the web server. You must start the presentation from the published location for local viewing. If you move the presentation into another folder you will not see the Flash Video. |

When you use Flash video containing SWF sound remember to have an embedded player control for the sound level adjustment included. |
