4.4 Inserting a WordForce production

You can incorporate the documents created using WordForce into the presentation.

 

To insert a MS Word document, do the following:

1. Navigate to MS PowerPoint, and then open the PowerPointForce 3 menu.

2. Click Insert, and then select WordForce Production:

 

 

3. In the open form, set the needed options, or leave the default ones:

Click the Browse () button, and then specify the path to your document. The folder must contain doc resources (index.htm and other html pages, media, images, buttons, etc). This folder is created in WordForce. You can as well input it in manually.

Show with delay from the beginning

If you want your MS Word document to be displayed with delay, select the corresponding check box, and then set the delay time in seconds; otherwise leave the box blank (it will be displayed automatically).

Size

The default is the Full Slide (Full Screen) option. Later on you can change the dimensions of the MS Word document and its position in the same way it can be done with the other slide objects.

If you want to change the dimensions of the MS Word document in percents, select the In percents radio button, and then set them using the corresponding boxes.

If you want to change the dimensions of the MS Word document in pixels, select the In pixels radio button, and then set them using the corresponding boxes.
