If you wish to update your PowerPointForce 3 to the latest available version, do the following:
1. Navigate to MS PowerPoint, and then open the PowerPointForce 3 menu.
2. From the PowerPointForce 3 menu, select Check for Updates:
PowerPointForce will try to connect to the Internet and check what version is the latest one:
If the program can not connect to the Internet (e.g. no Internet connection), you will get the following message:
If your version is the latest one, you will see this message:
If there is a newer version available, the program will suggest downloading it:
3. Click Download to download the updates. You will be able to see the prossess:
If your maintenance period has expired, you will get the following message:
In this case you can pay the annual maintenance fee by clicking on the suggested link or contact the support team to request the latest update available for your license.
