Its obligatory that .NET Programmability Support is turned on when installing MS PowerPoint. To check whether .NET Programmability Support is on in your MS PowerPoint, do the following:
1. Open Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
2. Find Microsoft Office in the list of the installed programs, and click Change.
3. Select the Add or Remove Features option, and then click Continue.
4. Find Microsoft Word in the list. If Not Available is assigned for its .NET Programmability Support option, replace it with Run from My Computer:
5. Click Continue to apply the changes.
6. Click Close.
