The content inserted into the Word document will be visible only after you publish the document.
To publish the document:
1. On the WordForce 3 tab, click Publish:

2. Complete the open form:

· Publish to – from the drop-down menu, select Web or SCORM industry standard depending where you intend to use your publication (Web or LMS).
· Folder – select where the folder with the created publication will be stored on your local computer. The default location is in the current directory where the document is saved.
· Properties – modify the publication properties if needed; for details, see the Publication Properties section.
· Zip – select the check box to save the publication in a zip-folder.
3. Click Publish.
The publication process is divided into several stages. Each stage implementation is reflected on the progress bar. Example:

If some problems detected during publication then the corresponding information will be displayed in the publication window and will be saved into log (in the publication folder). Not significant problems are marked as ‘warning’, significant – as ‘error’. In case of errors, you will be offered to send the log to the developer. The letter sending is performed in the background mode; both positive and negative result of the letter sending is not reported to the user.
After the publication is created, you will be suggested to view it in your browser:
