6.1 Publishing Properties

In the Properties section, you can define essential information about your publication including its title, logos, structure of table of contents, and so on.

Every publication has default properties, but before publishing it, you may want to check them out and modify according to your needs. You can modify the properties before the publishing.

You can specify the following properties:

· Split the document – select the option if you want to divide the document into chapters. If the option is turned off, the whole document will be placed at one Web page, heading and navigation bar with the content and search field will be omitted.

· Show levels select the number of headlines that you want be added into the contents. For example, it can have the same number of levels as the original document.

· Show the title page – select to display the title page in the table of contents.

· Title – type the document heading (it is displayed in the upper level of the content tree if the Show the title page option is selected).

· Caption – the headline of the document in the page title.

· Add question titles to the Table of Contents – select the option to add the question titles to the contents.

· Use Word document margins – select the option to make margins of the published document similar to the specified in MS Word document. If this option is switched off, the margins generated with WordForce will have the minimum possible value.

· Logo – select the option to add a logo to the publication; specify its dimensions or leave the defaults of the image. If you want to use the current logo for new documents, click Make default.

· Title page image - select the option to add an image to the title; specify its dimensions or leave the defaults of the image.

· Search – select the option to display the search panel.

· Colors – click to define the color scheme for the publication.
