WordForce turns Microsoft Word into a SCORM-enabled content authoring tool. You can use it for converting the lecture notes and other materials.
WordForce is not a stand-alone application. It is an add-in for Microsoft Word.
To start WordForce, open or create a Word Document. You will see the WordForce 3 toolbar (For the MS Word 2007 you will find the WordForce menu on the Add-ins tab):
