The wfcontents.css file describes the navigation part of the page design: content, menu, and search.
The <list of contents> block contains the content tree displaying design.
The menu design is describe в in the <menu> block.
The search bar design is described in the <search elements> block.
In the <links> block you can change the content links behavior: visited and not visited links, highlighting on pointing the link, set off links.
