Different page parts background color is described in the <background> block:
#container-main-out – the basic frame background;
body, .wfchoice select, .wfinputtext, .wfinputsearchtext, b – the whole page back background index.html, and the background of such elements as drop-down lists and text boxes;
#container-left, #container-top – the navigation frame and the page heading background.
The frames borders of the page are described in the <borders> block.
The <base elements of the frames> and <rounding corners> blocks describe the page construction structure. To avoid the page design violation, it is not recommended to make any changes to these blocks.
