Hi...

I am Malhar Shah,System Admin of Accede Learning & Information Pvt Ltd...

I am trying to buy joomla Lms but after validation of Credit Card Detail i am redirecting to the Page " Review your payment & click Pay"...

But After Clicking on to the Pay Button i am redirecting to the neew page that shows only one link that " Click here to Try again"...

I cant understand that after validating my credit cards Detail why this error aries...

Please help me as soon as possible....

To make you Clear about my problem I am sending You my Snaps in the attachment...

Snap 1:

Shows Total Amount & Licence Holder's Detail....

Snap-2:

Shows Order for Purchasing LMS ....

Snap 3:

I have not attached Snap-3 Because it contains information regarding to the Credit Card Detail...

Snap 4:

After Validating My Credit Card it shows me Payment Detail...and there is msg that review your payment & click on Pay...

Snap 5:

Process after Clicking on Pay....

Snap 6:

My Purchasing is not successful & it not shows me any msg...jus only one link that "Click Here to Retry..."



I want to but LMS as early as possible...please help me as soon as possible..

And if there is another alternative for payment faster then credit card then please Informa me...

Seems like it's a PayPal problem. You can try opening a support ticket with them.

Try to use another browser or check the following IE settings.
IE settings: Override cookie settings by going to tools -> internet options -> privacy tab -> advanced button -> and click override automatic handling of cookies.

I have change the settings as you told me..
Even i have change my browser (FierFox) But still same problem aries..

Please tell me any other alternative to buy LMS..today only..its urgent...
Please Help...
if you can then give me any customer care no of joomla LMS..i will direct contect to care department..or please contact me on my Mobile Directly..because i dont have time to give you msg & wait for 1 day for your reply..Please Do something yaar...

Such questions (betwen you and Sales department) would be solved quickly by using our ticket system at lms@elearningforce.biz.
