Is JoomlaLMS fully integrated with Community Builder registration?

Yes, it is integrated with CB. JoomlaLMS doesn't have native login/registration functions, it uses Joomla and CB login/registration process.

I think it would be cool to have a CB tab that shows the scores for that user and the courses completed. I guess it would be the gradebook tab? Just a thought
