Resize the web cam portion of the Webconferance

Is it possible to resize the web cam portion of web conference page to be bigger? We have a requirement for spa educators to give live practical demonstrations of massage techniques. This would also be useful for desk top sharing. We have found a windows driver that emulates a web cam. To use it you simply edit the flash video input device to use the desktop driver instead of the web cam. As it is now the displayed desk top is to small to be useful.

Currently such feature is not available.
We are working on the conference improovment and in the JoomlaLMS 1.0.6 (release at the end of this year) would be a possibility to enlarge webcam to the Whiteboard size.
