The "Click here to send enquiry to the administrator to get know how to subscribe to this course." does not seem to be proper English, or am I missing something?

"Click here to send an inquiry to the administrator to learn how to subscribe to this course."

or

"Click here to send an inquiry to the administrator to find out how to subscribe to this course."

one other one that has bugged me is gradebook --- shouldnt it be grade book ? (two words)

Thanks for your report, we will change it to 'Click here to send an inquiry to the administrator to learn how to subscribe to this course' in the next versions.
Currently, you can change this message by editing the file: components/com_joomla_lms/languages/english/courses_main.lang.php

In such cases it is mainly spelled as Gradebook, no doubt.
