Course categories problem

I have created categories for my courses. The "course categories" dropdown list on the "Courses List" page does show the categories. However, on the "subscriptions" page the "course categories" dropdown list only shows the original category "other".

Subscriptions page shows the categories were at least one 'Paid' course exists accessible for users. (The access to such courses isn't restricted via 'Access level' course option and it is published)
