SH404SEF not working

I have installed SH404SEF but this is not working with Joomla lms, my URL is

http://www.gice.in/rims/component/option,com_joomla_lms/Itemid,1/id,2/task,course_guest/

For other users interested: JoomlaLMS works ok with Joomla native SEF, as for other SEF components - currently there are no plugins for them.
