add negative marking for Quiz

I want to add negative marking system to Quiz. How can I do . Is there any setting regarding

it?

Unfortunately it's not possible. The user receives score for the question only if they answer it correctly. If the answer is incorrect -> then nothing is added to their score. Your suggestion requires implementing 'score' feature for each question answer option individually, but at the moment we have only question score.
