SCORM API Error?

I have been able to import a SCORM file and associate it to a course through the learning path. However, when I tested the course and the scorm file from a teacher, user, and admin, I receive the same error each time it is viewed:

"Unable to locate the LMS's API Implementation.
Communication with the LMS will not occur."

Can you tell me why that is happening and how I can fix that error? I would greatly appreciate the help.

There can be several issues related to this, so please submit a support request to our helpdesk and provide your site url and SuperAdmin access with some instructions where to find the course. Our tech team will look at the problem and provide a solution/suggestion.
