Hi there,
Please forgive me if I am posting too much, but I am putting the LMS through the paces before my site launch next week.

After navigating the LMS for a bit, I think it would be great to have a module that could show the menu options as text links. Some of my classes will be targeted towards older people and I am concerned that the small menu icons and tool tips will be difficult for them to intuitively navigate.

A LMS menu module with a class parameter for CSS would allow me have a larger text menu or allow the java resizer to work on the menu. Presently, I am planning on creating a menu in HTML on my LMS homepage. But a text menu module would be nice.

Along the same lines, it would be great to have a learning paths or course curriculum option or module that would display a full course learning path/curriculum on the course homepage.

Just a couple of more ideas. After experimenting with unreliable Atutor, Moodle, Mambo, and Joomla combos for years, it's great to finally see the possibilities realized! Thanks again.

I think it would also be nice down the road, to have the possibility to choose which icons to show or not. I have some classes that would not need a learning path, some would just use the conference room, some would use all of the class assets. I am excited about this system...I have spent years working with Moodle and never was fully happy with it. I also used Sakai, but it is really big and not as flexible.

This issue of hiding and showing icons has been mentioned many times :) I hope too that this will be changed soon.

I even went into the backend to find out what to scrub out but only managed to located the icon images which when removed still leave a blank link.

It would also be handy to be able to specify access to the forum as part of the learning path with conditions. For example access to the forum is only given once certain steps have been completed e.g. a quiz.

I also think that text menu instead of icons is very good idea, because soem of my users are "a little" old, so they can have problems with using your LMS and I would like to avoid that
