A Chinese translation for Joomla! CMS perhaps can be found at www.joomla.cn. As to Chinese translation for JoomlaLMS we have only one out-dated Beta version, it can be turned on in the Joomla Back-end ->Components->JoomlaLMS->Configuration->Languages. You can install trial JoomlaLMS, check the translation and correct the translation if you wish. We can provide translation instructions if something isn't clear, we can also compare English and Chinese translations and provide a list of phrases missing in the Chinese translation if you need.

I am also working on the Chinese translation. I installed LMS v1.07 on Joomla v1.5.22; currently using Chinese language package for Joomla v1.5.22 and Beta version of JoomlaLMS.

I have finished translating what's been left in Beta version. But there are still English at the frontend.

I wonder if you could provide translation instructions? It would be great if you could also compare English and Chinese translations and provide a list of phrases missing in the Chinese translation. In that case, we can double check it.

Thank you!

There are a lot of new text messages missed in Chinese translation files. In order to get a list of them - please use any file/text comparison tool and compare each Chinese language file with the corresponding English file.

Also you can provide your chinese translation to us (via helpdesk) and we can add the missing text messages into your files.

I like Chinese, and now I am learning Chinese online. I would like to make some contribution to the forum with my Chinese language writing skills.
