error in hotspot question

Trying to add a hotspot question to a quiz and get this error;

Please make sure that the following folder exists on your server and is writable:
'images/joomlaquiz/images'

If this solution doesn’t help please submit a ticket to our helpdesk and provide joomla admin + FTP access to your site details.
