I have enrolled a user who is set up with some course in the front and backend but is not enrolled when they sign in.

Urgent assistance is required.

Please check if the course is published and if the dates when it is published are valid, also please check the access level of the course - if it is set on 'registered' try changing it to 'default'.
If this doesn't solve the issue please submit a ticket to our helpdesk providing Joomla admin and FTP access to your site and a detailed description of which user in which course experiences this issue so that we could reproduce it and provide a solution.
