Training tracking and management

I am looking for a solution for my organizations training/education and records management.
I understand JoomlaLMS eLearning capabilities. But are there modules or modifications that can also provide the following capabilities?

1. Provide a way to record information on traditional classroom based courses.
2. Provide automated notification (email, sms etc...) to personnel and management of required training, certification expiration, licensure expiration.
3. Provide automated notification to Management of who has/has not completed required training.
4. Provide read only access of an employees training records to provide an at a glance view of current and future training needs and accomplishments.

JoomlaLMS seems to meet most of your requirements. It is possible to create custom graded items in the Gradebook section and put grades manually for classroom activities.
There are also automatic email notifications in JoomlaLMS - but they can be sent only on certain occasions (on course completion, on homework submission etc.). We are working on an opportunity to send email notifications on certain date or after a certain period of time and this feature will be added in one of the future releases.
In our Professional edition there is a Completion report - showing which users have completed which courses.
One of the user roles in JoomlaLMS is a CEO/Parent role - it's a user who can view the progress of certain students in the courses where they are enrolled.
