Content encoding error

Hello we are using the component in a web and introduced courses in Russian, Chinese, ...

When I go to the backend of the component get this error:
Content Encoding Error

How i can solve the problem?

There is no such error message in JoomlaLMS and that is why most probably it is related to another Joomla extension installed on your site.
