Certificate Problem - text not showing

I have just tried to create a new certificate for a course. I have set some text etc and then saved. When viewing the certificate I can see the image but no text.

I have tried the exact same setting on the install on your server and it works fine.

Any ideas anyone?

Copy arial.ttf file to your Joomla 'media' folder

Surprised I did not spot that one!

I have been testing the conference facility with a student. Am I correct in thinking the following:

1) One teacher can communicate with EITHER one or ALL students
2) Students can NOT use the facility to communicate (voice) with each other - if the teacher was not there and they wanted to use the facility to voice chat.
3) Only the teacher is seen in the camera

You are right.
By point 2: students can enter conference, but they can not communicate with each other without teacher. (they can use whiteboard).

I had the same issue, installed the Arial TTF as discussed in this thread, but still get no certificate printing.

Any other suggestions?
