Feture Request:Add the user learning time status in Statistics

Class Hour:that is to say, I wanna know each staff(user)'s learning hours, and even the corresponding dept.'s total/average class hours.

StudyCredit:once the user can get enough credit through various quiz, then issue the certificate.
