i have problems in terms& agreement that no link in terms to read it

If you wish to change the text for terms and conditions - you can do it at back-end Components->JoomlaLMS->Configuration->Payments tab.
If you mean some other thing please provide more details and we will be happy to help.

i mean when users click on link they can read terms but the terms show in my page without hyperlink.

In JoomlaLMS this text isn't hyperlinked by default - you can add HTML link yourself at back-end if you need, but by default you enter only the text that is shown near the checkbox when a user purchases a subscription.
