Page Navigation in Admin area

Just noticed that in the 'Add new user' area within the Admin section there may be a bug on the page navigation.

At the bottom of the page you have:

<<Start <Previous 1 2 3 4 5 Next > End >>

When clicking on any of the above it returns you to the main 'About JoomlaLMS' page.

The same happens when using the drop down 'display # results'

Page navigation seems to work fine on other areas.

This may happen, when in fact there is only one page to display, i.e. there are no actual pages 2, 3, 4.... etc. Could that be?
It still would be a bug, because the line shouldn't appear if there are no further pages. But it would explain, why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

There are over 40 results but I can't get past the first page....clicking on page 2, 3, 4, 5, etc just displays the main About Joomla page.
