I have recently downloaded and installed you trial product. Works really good and appreciate the effort. All is well save one thing.

The conference tool:
I set up an account at Influxis to test this function in joomlalms. The flash component seems to connect jut fine but next to "Total clients : " it reads undefir. This is displayed after you see for a brief moment 0/10, 10 being the total amount of users my account at Influxis. I have set the total amount of users in the configuration and everything else seems to be functioning properly.

Please advise

To setup your influxis account follow next steps:
1. Go to 'My applications' -> 'add new application' -> enter application name 'jlms_app', select option 'I will add my own ASC file and click continue.
2. On next screen select 'Upload ASC file' and upload main.asc file from your package.
3. Wait some time, while your account will be re-activated.
4. You can go to 'My applications' -> 'FCS Administration Console' -> 'Connect' -> 'Maintenance' and 'Restart' Adaptor/VHost
5. Also at the top of your influxis account you can see your FMS url, for ex 'xxxxxxxx.rtmphost.com'. You should enter it in JoomlaLMS configuration ('Flash server URL') as 'rtmp://xxxxxxxx.rtmphost.com/'

Den Thanks you for your response. I had completed all the steps you laid out as I am familiar with FCS. What I am seeing is that the "Total Clients" Loads the correct amount of clients 0/10 at this point the server status is red, then very quickly the status turns green and the "Total Clients" switches to read undefir.

When clicking the enter button an error messages pops up stating "message server : undefined".

Could it be a problem with my install?

Please advise

What I am seeing is that the "Total Clients" Loads the correct amount of clients 0/10 at this point the server status is red, then very quickly the status turns green and the "Total Clients" switches to read undefir.

When server status was red you've seen default value for number of clients. When status turned to green the number of clients was taken from server and in your situation an error occured ("undefined" message).

Could it be a problem with my install?

No. We distribute the same FMS application to all clients. Our demo server uses the same application with influxis account. I think, the error is in your settings.

Did you setup referrer domains in your Influxis account? If that is the case then try to clear referrers list.

Also you can try to reload your VHost/adaptor in "FCS Administration Console" and wait for some time (~10-30 min) before connecting to conference.
