i want to upload html pages as chapters and with narrator as mp3 file.can u help me in configuring the same..:(

The best way, as i think is:
convert all your pages to LearningPath content items (manually with the help of WYSIWYG) and use any Joomla media mambot as a basis for narrator.

Thanks a lot for assisting buddy,You have been a great supporter for me,but can you please suggest me any narrator for reding out content in our LMS system because that is only requirement seems to be remaining now :(.

I don't know any existent narrator-specific Joomla media mambot, but you can try to find it. :)

P.S. Try AllVideos Plugin (http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,812/Itemid,35/), example as it working you can see at the home page of 'DEN course'.
