I just discovered a really easy way to create your own "Design Certificates".... Just use Powerpoint and save the slide as jpg file!

Well, it's nothing special really, but can help streamlining the process if you want to create several certificates with the same design without going into big drawing tools...

Just a thought.

PDF Forge is the best free "Print to PDF" utility around - but it also outputs to many other graphical formats such as JPG. So you could do your mock up in anything - word, powerpoint, publisher, etc. There are many templates in the Microsoft products and available for download within the products.

PDF Forge also works well if you want to email a high-quality PDF with password protection - I think it is the only Print to PDF utility that can apply passwords without having to install additional software (although I haven't been keeping up with the others lately).
