Comment out or dont display certain text or fields

As all the course created by the instructor are free. How can we comment out or don't display these option below when the create New course. These are the option where the instructor will not need to fill in.

- Fee type: (default is Free)
- Addition registration info
- Registration Question

Trial version is already available under the member's area and at the DEMO section.
PRO packages for our customers will be available in 1-2 weeks after additional testing.
