anonymous feedback

Hello,
I would like to have a 'anonymous' feedback form for the course, so that students can drop in their feedback, suggestions etc from the web. Is it possible with joomla lms?

they can disclose their identity if they want, but I prefer it to be anonymous.

Surveyforce. It is not integrated in Joomla, but it is possible to ask students who have completed a course to go to an evaluation survey. The survey can be programmed to be completely anonymous.

However.... SurveyForce offers many more options! And the price is reasonable.

Oh, and by the way, I am not an employee of elearningforce ;-)
