this is, what we get after trying to install Joomla-LMS Pro:

The encoded file /kunden/122198_88097/webseiten/beratungskombinat/ administrator/components/com_joomla_lms/admin.joomla_lms.php is not permissioned for 80.67.17.201

Is there anyone who could help us?

We need this compnent very fast and urgent for our commercial Site.

If you are using a Trial version, try to update ioncube loader to the latest version.

If you are a paid customer, make sure that domain on which you are install JoomlaLMS is matched with JoomlaLMS licensed domain.

we are paid customers and the domain matches to the registrated domain for which we offered the Joomla-LMS.

Please let us know an solution. We need this component very fast.

Btw: Is there any other way to correspond with you and your support-team except the forum?

I tried to acccess your site using this URL: 'http://www.beratungskombinat.eu/index.php?option=com_joomla_lms' and i don't see any errors that component not permissioned for your site.
If this is happened only at administrator BackEnd, Can you provide access for me? (PM)
