Import Multilple Choice Questions?

Is it possible to import multiple choice questions into the question bank? It would be nice to import many questions via a formatted text file or similar.

It is possible only if you have some programming skills.
You can create an empty course with one multiple choice question in the pool, then export it and modify the exported package. You can add new questions to it similar to the exported one.
