Error when delete Teacher Assistant

I encounter this error msg after i delete the teacher assistant at the frontend.

What could have causes it?

I just install Artio Joomsef component could that be the problem? I doubt it.

There was a bug in 1.0.3 version. It will be fixed in the next release. (it will be available very soon)
