Automated notifications

Does LMS provides automated notification via email for:

1. Course completion dates
2. New course requirements
3. Ability to conduct examinations based on training packages
4. Ability to host e-learning programs for revision
5. Protected area for facilitator and instructor notes to be located

There are no email notifications for these events. But teacher can manually send emails (any notification) to all course learners (selected learners) using MailBox tool.
