Error installation on localhost for test.

I receive the error message below:

You are using the local installation and i can't access it.
Try to install the component using Joomla native installation procedure.

Do you try to copy component files manually to the joomla 'components' folder before installation?
In any case check that Joomla folders 'components' and 'administrator/components' are contains 'com_joomla_lms' and if it present there remove 'com_joomla_lms' from them and try to install LMS again.

Ok. I installed by joomla and everything is correct!
Other question: the max. number of users < 100, refers to the number of registered users in the database? Or is the maximum number permitted by simultaneous connection?

It is a number of learners in your LMS.
Registered user (on the site) is become LMS learner only after enrolling into one (or more) courses.
