Hi Den,

I am using the trial version of JoomlaLMS on my localhost.

This is what I did :
1. Downloaded SMF .zip file
2. Installed as per instructions into a directory called "smf" under www directory on
localhost.
3. When I type http://localhost/smf I can see the forum. Hence I assume the SMF
installation went on OK
4. I went to joomlaLMS configuration and in Plugins, I enabled the Forum and typed
" http://localhost/smf" for the Absolute Path
5. On Saving I get the message "Error ! Forum doesn't exists.

Where am I going wrong.
Thanks for all your help

Absolute path is a path to forum files in the server file system, i.e. 'C:\Webserver\localhost\smf'.

Thank you.
That worked.

Is there a way of moving LMS useres from one group to another.
I have a couple of users in "Users without group"
Can I move them to a new group ?

Thanks again for the SUPER PROMPT responses EVERYTIME !!

You can edit them one by one and change their group. You can edit them at both FronEnd and BackEnd (in the BackEnd group management filter by course should be enabled - only in this case you will be able to edit user)

Another way (all users at one go): you can export them into CSV (at FrontEnd) remove them from group (they will be removed from course too!, if you don't want to lose their porgress data don't do it!) and import them into another group.
