There's no support. They promise free installation and it hasn't happened. I think there's a serious language problem -- at the least!
I've interacted with both Vladimir and Dens and neither of them are able to tell me or my web designer who has a lot of experience with this -- how to install the program. Notice there is no telephone support. You can't find these people. In other words they're good for taking your money but not good on delivering a product.
We've been dealing with them now for over 4 days!! Extremely frustrating.
I wonder if anyone there including Vladimir or Dens can understand this communication?

I've looking to all your posts talking with Den and the response time between your questions and his answers are quick and precise. I think that you aren't understanding what is trying to explain to you.
Do you speak spanish?. I could try to explain to you what are you (and your programmer) doing wrong with JoomlaLMS.

I think den and team are doing a great job at supporting users.
Responses have been instant and accurate. Product also does waht it is supposed to.
I am very happy with the support.

I have known these guys for a number of years and their support is outstanding, communication is clear and fast.
Telephone support is available but you have to take out a custom support contract which is only fair.

Can you check your first thread http://www.joomlalms.com/forum/showthread.php?t=672 and tell at which installation step you've got an unsolvable problem?

You will find that Den has been extremely fast and knowledgable with responses.
Again, if you want full service - go to Blackboard, pay 10.000,00 $ and wait how long it takes to get a service response....
It almost seems, here is a competitor trying to ruin the reputation of Elearningforce by opening unwarrented threads. Not very motivating to help him. But.... as said on the other thread:
People in this forum are patient and wiling to help, so state clearly, how you would like to receive help.
People on this forum don't like to be insulted - and Den definitely does not deserve it! Sorry, mate, but this needed to be set straight for the record.

I would have to say the opposite is true. The JoomlaLMS team has provided me with great support and timely answers despite our time zone difference.
You have to expect with a component this comprehensive a little learning time. I think you should take some time to ask questions, read the forums, documentation, tutorials if you want to learn the program. You cannot find another LMS that is this comprehensive for this price.

I have not had any problems with their customer service department.Maybe it could be a limited patience on your part?

mtierra, who originally complained about the lack of support apparently is still using the product and requested and received a lot of support (31 posts as of this writing). So he probably would not uphold his criticism in the same way any longer and has gotten the hang of JoomlaLMS as well as the support system of this forum.
Anybody who studies the forum a little will be impressed by the speed and quality of the support (I have read and followed all posts!). At the same time there can be no guarantee for the solution of all problems in "real time"....
