Prerequisites

I'm having a bit of a problem with the prerequisites. When I set a prerequisite for a previous lesson it seems to work at first (only the first lesson shows up) and when I complete lesson 1, lesson 2 shows up in the learning path. When I click on lesson 2 nothing happens. The SCORM for lesson 2 will not start. Any suggestion or thoughts on why this is happening?
