CB Integration: "state" field not carried over into auth.net checkout

The "state" field value is not carried over into the authorize.net checkout page as all other files seem to be. I have correctly chosen the fieldname for "state" in my implementation.

If you need more information, let me know, though I feel this is self-explanitory.

You are right, there was a bug here. Try the attached patch, it will solve the problem.
