We have a general public institute in Cameroon - West Africa, that provides continuous eduction to workers and general public for short period ranging from 2 months, 3 months, maximum 7 months, helping them learn computers. Most of the teachers are volunteers. We will like to use LMS to automate testing and grading, as well as present course outline, lesson plans, and short courses etc online to the students not paid subscription.. So this more of value added service, and not neccessarily paid subscription LMS service for eLearning. Is this the right product for this or is there an alternative that will fit my needs rather paid such annual license fee which is very expensive for such an institution given & expensive slow DSL link.
