The apostrophe appear different in Enter name fields

At the Edit course, when i enter the apostrophe in Enter name: fields it appear to be backslash when i save my lesson
Example: 'The Jungle' by John Doe -> \'The Jungle\' by John Doe


I manage to figure a way around it by using & # 3 9 ; (no spacing in between)
Example: & # 3 9 ;The Jungle& # 3 9 ; by John Doe -> 'The Jungle' by John Doe


However i find it hassle to do this all the time.
What do i need to configure in order to use apostrophe sign when enter in Enter name: fields that will appear the same when save.

Example: 'The Jungle' by John Doe -> 'The Jungle' by John Doe
