Does this LMS support online classes through streaming

I am wondering if students can take online classes by online media streaming (audio or video)

For better organization of the learning process the system allows you to use an embedded Conference tool.
The Conference tool consists of:
1. Web Camera and Voicepane;
2. Chat pane;
3. WhiteBoard pane.
WebCam pane shows only teacher's WebCamera. Voice participation is allowed for all users.
Teacher can mute/unmute learners.
