Failed to load quiz data

Hi,
I have 2 quizes, one with questions in the quiz, one with questions coming from the "question pool", for the rest the same settings.

The quiz with questions from the "question pool" always gives the error "failed to load quiz data". the quiz with the questions in, works fine.

can you please advice.
