enable CSV front end operations

I have a number of groups which I have managed the csv operations from the back end. I would like the group's supervisor to manage the user csv operations from the front and I know this is possible but I can't seem to get the configuration correct. I have assigned them the role of CEO/Parent of their group. I have enabled Import Users in JoomlaLMS Global Configuration Users and it is enabled in the course learning path Teacher menu. I am the super administrator and I see the Users & Groups Management icon for myself but I do not see it for my Parent/CEO users. What am I doing wrong?

If you have JoomlaLMS Professional you need to modify the role of CEO/Parent. At back-end go to Components->JoomlaLMS->Users management->Roles management, select the CEO/Parent role and click Edit. Then select Yes for all options under Users part of the permissions.

Hi Helga,
All of those items were already set to yes except manage course teachers/assistants. CEO/Parent front end still does not show icon for Users/Groups Management. Any other ideas please?
