Total and Passing Score not displaying on Quiz Report

Hi,

When I go into the quiz report section of a course, I am able to see a list of users that have access quizzes in the course. If the user has completed a quiz, it tells me their score and if they passed. However, there is a column for Total Score and Passing Score on this report (which is very helpful). The problem is that there is no data in those columns. It is see 0 for Total Score and 0 for Passing Score.

I've uploaded a screenshot for what I'm talking about.

Please let me know if anyone has ideas on how I can get data to populate in this Total Score and Passing Score column.

Could you please specify if these quizzes contain questions taken randomly from the Global Question Pool or Question Pool?

Hi, the quizzes are from the Global Question Pool. They are not taken randomly. When we set up the quiz in the course, we specified the specific questions we wanted to be asked from the Global Question Pool.

Please let me know what we can do to get the Total Score and Passing Score to display in the quiz results.
